Over 23 years of experience in micro, SME & corporates lending mixed with an experience in human resources management and administration, in a very dynamic international environment.
Mr. Stoja was promoted as Sales Director in May 2023 after 4 successful years in different positions within NOAs network, as Regional Manager, Business Segment Manager and Business Partners Network Manager, focused in delivering NOA’s business targets through the management of a professional sales force and development of partnerships to ensure NOA meets its growth targets.
2014-2018 Over an extremely dynamic period, he successfully led the Administration Unit of ProCredit Bank in the position of Administration Manager where he successfully led the branch efficiency project with focus on digitization of services.
2012 – 2014 During this period, he has been involved in the conception as well as delivery of various individual and group training courses for staff within Human Resources Department.
2009- 2012 Mr. Stoja was assigned the management of Vlora Branch, in the position of Branch Manager focused on the achievement of sustainable portfolio growth, as well debt collection.
2007 – 2009 he was in charge of Corporates Clients where he was promoted as Credit Coordinator and also Head of Corporates Sector where he successfully led a dynamic team alongside with deepening market knowledge, organizational skills and building further managerial skills.
2003 – 2007 His early career began in May 2003 as Credit Analyst analysist to be promoted at further roles. During this period, he gained valuable experience in the field of microfinance by building a broad client base.
Mr. Stoja graduated in Economics for Hospitality and Tourism, Fan S. Noli University, Korce in 1996. In 2013 he accomplished successfully "ProCredit Management Academy", Frankfurt, Germany, over a 3-year program
