Ervin Gogaj
Over 21 years of extensive experience in E-business banking, cards, ATMs, payments, project management, and process design in the banking and financial sector.
Ervin joined NOA in September 2022 as Operations & Projects Director after a long professional experience gained mostly in the financial industry, with focus to ensure alignment and improvement of all operational processes, quality, service, and profitability, maximize company potential on doing business with great customer service while encouraging innovation.
2013 – 2022 Mr Gogaj joined Paylink as Operational Manager, managing successfully overall direction, coordination, planning and operation of Data Processing Centre, Cards Personalization & Financial Transaction Processing, ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of the systems and data.
2006 – 2012 Mr Gogaj joined Emporiki Bank as Sector Manager, accountable for the entire Cards, ATM and electronic banking products, overseeing, building and maintaining the card infrastructure team, procedures, and regulations for all bank staff. Moreover, he demonstrated exceptional project management skills while being involved at the establishment of the new Core Banking System by building and managing excellent relationship with vendors and all relevant stakeholders.
2000 – 2006 Mr. Gogaj started his early career at Fefad Bank, today Pro Credit Bank, as Banking Services Coordinator and in 2003 he was promoted to Head of Card Operation Business being responsible for electronic product maintenance and development.
Mr Gogaj graduated in Business Administration at “Luigj Gurakuqi” University of Shkodra.
