Manjola Çerenishti
17 years of extensive experience in branch operations, customer service, corporate governance, marketing, and communication alongside with executive support in the financial sector.
Ms Çerenishti was promoted in December 2022 as ESG and Brand Communication Manager focused in developing and overseeing ESG strategies and policies to implement best industry practices and standards. She also provides her contribution in the design and implementation of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and also maximize NOA’s presence within the marketplace through delivery of PR and brand goals.
Mrs Çerenishti was promoted in March 2017, as Chief Executive Assistant and Steering Committee Secretary after a successful period as organization and methodology specialist. Enhance executive's effectiveness and contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by providing information, management support and by representing the executive to others. Support and assist the members of Steering Council and Committees on their daily administrative and organizational activities.
2015 – 2017 Being in charge of organisation & methodology, she built a strong organization and methodology function, contributed to the standardization of policies and procedures across the institution, laying the foundations of project management in the company by successfully building the IS Governance regulation. She also managed successfully the Intranet and Archive projects in NOA.
2007 – 2015 Holding several positions within Operations Department she brought her wide contribution in support of improving the customer service in the company in accordance with institutional values of fast and easy.
2006 – 2007 She started her early career at NOA (former PSHM) as Loan Officer, mainly focused on generating new clients while ensuring individual target achievement and providing a fast and professional service to the potential and existing customers.
Mrs. Çerenishti graduated in “Business Administration” at Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in 2006.
