Notice on the procedures for deferring existing loans or for new financing.

Pursuant to the decision of the Bank of Albania dated 12 March 2020, as well as the Joint Order between the Prime Minister and the Governor of the Bank of Albania dated 17 March 2020, the financial institution NOA SH.A informs all its customers about the following:

1. Deferred payment of loan instalments for NOA customers:

Pursuant to the decision of the Bank of Albania dated 12 March 2020, as well as the Joint Order between the Prime Minister and the Governor of the Bank of Albania dated 17 March 2020, the financial institution NOA SH.A informs all its customers about the following;
 

All borrowers, individuals & businesses, who have NOT encountered difficulties after declaring a national emergency, are required to proceed with the normal settlement of their obligations; 

2. Additional benefits in support of the economic situation:

For all individual & business borrowers who normally pay their debts, NOA will apply a special interest rate reduction in order to support them in coping with the situation created by the Covid-19 pandemic;
 

All borrowers, individuals & businesses, who have encountered economic difficulties and who request the postponement of loan repayment under point 1, will not pay any additional penalties or obligations for the period set by the Bank of Albania;
 

The validity of the interest rate reduction for the borrowers who wish to repay their obligations normally, or the non-application of penalties for borrowers wishing to defer payment of their instalments, will extend only for the period until May 31, 2020.

3. Requests for new facilities or funding:

In order to help all the Albanian entrepreneurs, farmers or families facing the economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, NOA has created a series of facilities and new advantageous products valid only for this period;
