The cooperation agreement between NOA sh.a. and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is signed

In July, the successful signing of the agreement between the financial institution NOA sh.a. and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development was made possible. This agreement was signed in order to create a cooperative climate between the two institutions, with the ultimate goal of facilitating procedures and increasing the level of absorption of support schemes by Albanian farmers and agribusinesses.

Following this agreement, NOA will play a dynamic role in the market by helping Albanian farmers with financial solutions provided in a short time. All farmers, whose applications will be declared winners in ARDA and IPARD schemes, will have the opportunity to be funded by our institution on favourable terms.
