ITALY-ALBANIAN

ITALY-ALBANIAN PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN ALBANIA
Through this program, legal persons who own or represent micro, small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and who currently run a venture or want to start a start-up business in Albania can benefit from this program.
  • Amounts from 15,000 to 50,000 EUR
  • Loans from 3 to 8 years
  • With seasonally regular monthly/flexible payments
  • Annual interest rate is 4% in ALL and 3% in EURO
  • “Grace” period where is asked to payed only the interest, up to 2 years
  • Approval within the day for the amount up to 2 million LEK
Eligibility criteria

For SME :

  • Business must be registered in Albania
  • 51% of the capital of the company must be owned by an Albanian citizen
  • Annual turnover not higher than 10 million Euros
  • Number of employees no more than 250
Loan Purpose

For SME :

  • No less than 40% of the loan will be used for purchase: machinery, equipment, technology, technical assistance, industrial licenses, maintenance, spare parts and raw materials of Italian origin.
  • No more than 60% of the loan can be used to cover local costs or from other developing countries.

*Loans Guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund benefit up to 60% of the amount of the required loan.

Progress

Progress offer serves every business in the country that aims to grow and develop. This offer is provided on easing terms thanks to the cooperation agreement signed between NOA sh.a and the European Investment Fund (EIF).

  • Amounts from 1,000,001 to 3,000,000 LEK
  • Loans up to 84 months
  • With seasonally regular monthly/flexible payments
  • Interest 1.42% in LEK
  • Movable collateral or guarantor is required
  • Minimal documentation

This funding is realized with the support of the European Union within the Guarantee Fund issued under Regulation (EU) No. 1296/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council, as well as in accordance with the Employment and Social Innovation Program (EaSI) and the agreement signed between NOA sh.a. and the European Investment Fund. Agro Support

The purpose of the bid is funding for the realization of winning projects / business plans for the granting of grants. The offer supports farmers, producers, traders who sow / produce / offer accommodation services / certify and market Albanian products and have applied and have been declared winners in AZHBR, IPARD, SARED lists. This offer can be profited for investment, working capital and flex.
  • Amounts from 50,000 to 14,000,000 LEK (7,000 up to 100,000 EUR) depending on business plans and solvency
  • Loans up to 84 months
  • Up to 65% repayment, with the grant award, in the account of NOA sh.a.
  • Commission for repayment before the deadline 0% share with grant
  • Interest rate ranging from 1.08% in LEK, 0.92% in EUR
  • Minimal documentation: Fermer or NUIS Code or QKB Extract, Contract related to AZHBR, IPARD, SARED; Investment plan
  • No collateral required for the part covered by the grant
  • Approval within the day for the amount up to 2 million LEK
